Since 1989
Started by our parents with a pot and a parking lot.
Crawfish Hole opened in 1989 on South Drive in Natchitoches. Folks pulled in, walked up and ordered by the pound.
Over the years the menu grew to catfish, shrimp, oysters, gumbo and etouffee, but the boil is still why people drive in from Shreveport, Alexandria and beyond. We run seasonally, November through June, when crawfish are at their best.
Today the next generation is carrying it forward, and shipping that same boil to families who can't make the drive.
